Friday afternoon, home from work, I look across our back yard. Perched on top of the fence~this is what I see. Another fallen tree, this time in our neighbor's back yard. However, it fell in such as way that it landed on their/our fence. Hurricane Ike has been gone for 2 weeks, and he is still rearing his ugly head!
Last week I received the most exciting invitation to join a new group, Bokeh rama; and it has the most beautiful "out of focus" shots. This is one of the shots I will be uploading to the group. What is bokeh (from the Japanese boke, blurr)? This is a photographic term describing the subjective aesthetic qualities of out-of-focus areas in an image produced by a camera lens. For example, causing an out-of-focus background image may reduce distractions and emphasize the primary subject.
