My daughter made these delicious Stuffed Dates to munch on before dinner on Thursday. We traveled to San Antonio, then on to south Texas to hunt. My husband helped her prepare her very first Thanksgiving Dinner, and we all had the best time! What a blessing to be able to enjoy cooking together as a family. I was stuffing dates the other day, the way my grandfather taught me: stuff the date with walnuts, dip lightly in honey, and pop in your mouth!
