What is it? This is an odd perspective taken at the check-out counter in an Aaron Brothers Framing Store. On at least 6 shelves they have *cutesy* picture frames lined up all in a row ready for you to inpulse buy before you check-out! This particular shot is of some of the picture frames AND some very glossy pineapples with those scrolly wires coming out of the top to hold a photo or perhaps a business card.
No wouldn't got it. It's an even more interesting shot now I know whta the different bits are. Have to say i'm impressed with your take on odd shot this week, and your photography.
Well, without the explanation I sould not have had the whole thing. I thought I saw pineapples and I thought I saw mirrors--must be the reflection of the glass in one of the frames.

This is really an odd perspective!
Great photo.
Oh I am such a sucker for those POPs (in advertising we called them Point Of Purchase) ... how smart of this store! Daryl
Very odd indeed, so tell us what it is?
I thought it might be a decorative mirror of some sort... Fun guessing game!

Very cool!!! You sure do have an odd perspective~~~
If you hadn't told us, I'd never have guessed, and I still find it hard to see. I keep getting lost in the beauty of the shot!
nice perspective and it's so nice that you quoted Samuel Langhorn Clemens' line on this.
Fabulous quote! And so very true. xox
