Each time I visit Melanie in San Antonio, I HAVE to go to Cafe' Salsita. This is what I order every time, without a second thought. It consists of two puffy chicken tacos along side a cup of tortilla soup~aka the Salsita Lite lunch. The kicker for me is ~ not only do the tacos have a giant dolop of creamy fresh quacamole on each, but the beautiful cup of soup does as well ~ including a heaping mound of colorful torilla strips and an extra grate of mexican cheese.
